Join us weekly during the month of the May Movement Challenge on Zoom or Facebook Live. Each session will include a Stretch, Discussion about Movement Practice Goals & Motivation, Sharing of Participant’s Individual Movement Practices, as well as some fun and a randomly drawn prize.
